In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website (https://comanda.re-ark.es) is:

The owner trades as a sole proprietor (autónomo). “Comanda” is the trade name under which the management software service for bars and restaurants is developed and provided; there is no company of that name.

This website presents the Comanda service — a POS for bars and restaurants with VeriFactu, a QR menu and a waiter app — and lets you request a demonstration. It is an informational site: nothing is contracted or paid for through it. The service is contracted separately, in writing, between the owner and each venue.

Access to the site is free of charge. Browsing it implies acceptance of this legal notice in the version published at the time.

Anyone accessing this site undertakes to use it and its contents lawfully. In particular, the following is not permitted:

• Reproducing, copying or distributing its contents for commercial purposes without the owner’s prior written consent.
• Entering false information in the demo form, impersonating another person or venue, or sending automated requests.
• Attempting to access restricted areas, the servers that serve this site or the systems of the Comanda service, or interfering with their operation.

The owner may change the presentation, configuration and contents of the site, and this legal notice, without prior notice. Each version states the date of its last update.

The texts, screenshots, designs, logo and code of this website and of the Comanda service belong to the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Access to the site does not transfer any rights over them.

Third-party marks and names appearing on the site — such as Android, iOS, iPadOS, Windows or WhatsApp — belong to their respective owners and are cited only to describe what the service works with. VeriFactu is a system of the Spanish tax agency (AEAT); mentioning it describes the service’s compliance with that system and implies no relationship with the AEAT.

The owner endeavours to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site is available without interruption. Descriptions and screenshots illustrate the service as it was when published; the specific features contracted are those set out in the agreement with each venue.

The owner is not liable for damage arising from a use of the site contrary to this notice, nor for damage caused by viruses or other elements that a third party might introduce into the user’s systems.

This site links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp for contacting the owner. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which the owner has no control and accepts no responsibility.

Linking to this site is permitted provided the link does not present it misleadingly or suggest a relationship with the owner that does not exist.

The processing of personal data provided through the demo form and in the use of the Comanda service is described in the privacy policy, available at https://comanda.re-ark.es/privacy.

This website uses no cookies or any other device that stores or reads data on the user’s equipment, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking tools. That is why no cookie banner is shown: there is nothing to ask consent for.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to this site, and unless applicable law mandates another forum, the parties submit to the courts of Girona, Spain.
